Project routing

Contact Martin Audio with the information that moves an audio project forward

A venue enquiry and a service incident need different evidence. Choose the route below, then use the form to describe the room, product, system file or operating symptom as specifically as the current stage allows.

Project & application desk

Use this route for venue briefs, prediction support, line array planning and fixed-install coordination. Include city and country, audience capacity, plan status and the date by which equipment must be operational.

Product & service support

Identify the exact product or system family, serial information where available, software or firmware revision, amplifier channel, fault indicators and the steps already taken. Do not change protected limiter settings during an unresolved incident.

Response path: technical triage → authorised service or application specialist

Useful timing information

State the local time zone, access window and whether the system is in design, installation, rehearsal or live operation. For time-sensitive events, describe the safe fallback currently available rather than relying on an untested configuration change.

Form availability: enquiries accepted continuously; routing follows regional business hours.

Before submitting

Build a compact evidence package

A detailed first note reduces back-and-forth, but do not invent missing dimensions or operating data. Mark unverified information clearly and identify who can confirm it.

  1. For a new system: attach plans, audience zones, trim restrictions, program use and target date.
  2. For an installed system: include system file revision, signal flow and the last known working state.
  3. For a fault: record indicators, affected channels, repeatability and safe isolation steps.
  4. For measurement review: state microphone calibration, sample rate, positions and environmental conditions.
Safety boundary

Mechanical loads, mains power and elevated work require appropriately qualified personnel. A web enquiry does not replace site-specific engineering approval.
