1. Information purpose
This website provides general product, application and enquiry information. It does not create an engineering approval, distributor appointment, purchase contract or guarantee of performance in a particular venue.
2. Project decisions
Loudspeaker selection, rigging, electrical work and commissioning require site-specific information and appropriately qualified professionals. Prediction examples and technical articles must be interpreted within their stated assumptions.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a form does not confirm availability, price, lead time or acceptance of a project. Any commercial quotation is governed by the terms included with that quotation.
4. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with website operation, submit unlawful content, misrepresent identity or attempt to access restricted systems. Technical materials may not be presented as an approval for a different project.
5. Intellectual property
Brand names, product names, written material and visual assets remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted licence.
